Cancellation Policy

Polices have been created to ensure that all eligible foster families, relative placements and guardianship placements are provided with items they need. Please ensure that you are eligible prior to scheduling. All participants must have a current child placement All participants must fill out required participation paperwork All participants must show proof of placement If you are a guardianship or relative placement you must bring a letter from social worker or proof of placement through the courts If you are a licensed foster family, you must show licensure All participants understand that goods donated to them for FREE are not to be sold but donated back to Ana's if not being used Participants understand that Ana's reserves the right to refuse service to any customer, foster family, child or entity
